Ok, that's it, I'm joining the Zombies. Mutiny guys, our leader is becoming a dictator and trying to steal my models by subversion. Anybody within a 500km radius of VonCuda Central check your stash security, he's no longer to be trusted. The power has gone to his head and corrupted any sense of teamwork and cameraderie.

OK....OK....just kidding! Don't get your panties all twisted into a knot.
Look, in the spirit of friendship I'll even offer to help you read the instructions for your kits. With your obvious limited mental capacity it's the least I can do.
Now, just kiss my ring and all will be forgiven.

UHH! Herman weren't you the one who started this whole mess or has the stress from your civilian job made your mental state a little tilted Herman we all respect your leadership and will help with any phsycopathic intervention to bring you back from the brink. Hey D. is this not your area of expertise, treating fallen leaders back into useful puppets again ?

And in reply:
1. Impossible, I'm NAKED AAAAAAAAAAAHAHAHHA
2. No need, they come with pictures these days
3. I'm not going within 3 counties of your ring, I've seen where you hide it !!

I've moved my stash to a secure precinct, and I'm willing to work with you. We need to look past irrational outbursts and occasional moments of dictatorial self-aggrandisement if we are to survive these dark days.

Salut, D

P.S. If anybody finds my stash, PLEASE LET ME KNOW WHERE IT IS !!

A very wise man once said "Keep your friends close and your enemies closer."

In honor of that tradition, I have decided to grant Damian his wish of becoming more like me.....by making him my second in command for the EOD campaign. He will be heading up the "bitch & complain" department as well as sweeping up empty beer cans after each post zombie killing party.

Seriously, EoD looks like it's getting pretty big and I'm sure that there will be even more people jumping on the wagon once the show kicks off in August. Since my promotion at work I haven't had much free time at the bench or even time to get on here and talk with you guys........so.......I figured I'd eventually need some help. All jokes aside, Damian is a class act (like all of you guys) and he's more than proven his leadership abilities over on Aeroscale so he's gonna be helping (read-doing most of the hard work ) me out here.
Nothing is gonna change. We'll still be killing zombies, getting drunk, insulting each others sisters, etc.......there'll just be more orginization with two of us holding everything together.

So.....all in favor of D's new promotion say AYE! Remember, my vote is the only one that counts.

( all kidding aside great pick ) Now back to good ole TEXAS KICK A## TALK. In commoration of your long awaited promotion D. may I be the first/last to wish you some kind of luck or sympathy for the hordes are getting larger and Herman is getting harding to work with See ya at the killing gounds.

Herman / D. my ride showed up in todays mail. I placed all that I could into the frame that I will be working with. The tires will have to go (Herman Monster Tires are what it begs for)
Photobucket

1. Cage
2. .50 on the flat bed.
3. torbocharged motor.
4. armor for the window openings.
5. HERMAN STYLE TIRES.
6. lots and lots of ammo.

I will be called death to the zombie hordes

Looks like a winner Robert!
To use the monster (pun intended) tires you'll have to scrap the kits front suspension and nab yourself some leaf springs from another kit. That'll allow you to use blocks to raise the truck to the right height.
The hood and fenders look like they're one piece......? What about removing the hood and putting your .50 cal in there......and mounting a jet engine on the back/bed? Just a thought. I think I have a couple of 1/48 scale jet engines in my parts bin that wouldn't take up too much room

Damn! This if fun!

Thanks for information and the offer on the jet engines (I will think about that) the hood and body are seperate, I just placed it on the body for the picture.

Super cool Bob, not sure about the jet engine though. I had a flashback to old Road Runner vs Coyote cartoons, fire the .50 cal, fire up the jet and pass right by the bullets along the road hehehe.

Sure would look cool though.

Cheers, D (2IC, right-hand man, P.A., gopher, apprentice, bootlicker to El Supremo)

P.S. another flashback, any of you guys remember Super Boss, an old long-nose KW drag truck. Came to Aus a LOT of years back, and we put up "Waltzing Matilda" against it, a Louisville LNT 7000 with a Canberra Jet Engine mounted on the back. I remember seeing them race with my Dad, my ears were ringing for days but MAN it was SO COOL.

Local truckies were invited to put their rigs up against Super Boss, and IIRC the only one to beat it was another Cabover KW with a super slick auto, but it still only just won even with a 3 or 4 sec start over the 1/4 mile. I think it hauled road trains in South Aus.

P.P.S. Here ya go http://hotrod.gregwapling.com/land-speed-racing-australia/land-speed-racing-australia-waltzing-matilda.html

Hey D. your moniker (2IC, right-hand man, P.A., gopher, apprentice, bootlicker to El Supremo) is really,......... really ,........ I dont know what to say

Re: the jets, I think that I will still go with a torbocharged Chey 350 4 bolt main running on nitro benzene with a little Texas kickapoo and a whole lot of go juice I like Hermans idea of a couple of .50's under the hood ( I will put them somewhere in there) and that .50 in a cage on the flat bed is still gonna happen, maybe two and since this is the end of days (post apocolyptic) I guess a nice shiny paint job is out. So rust here I come.

Well D. I had been trying to come up with a way to put more POWER!!!!!!!!!!!!! on the truck,. So between you, Herman and my ideas ( that is funny, my ideas, I stole them from everyone here) put together I now can carry (4) .50's and I dont care if you stand on the seat as long as your boots do not have any zombie goo on them. That goes for you too Herman

mgautreauxm I just noticed that you are a TEXAN also. A cowboy caddilac yep! that is what it will be. Dirty, and smelly (with all of the zombie goo splattered on the wheels) and the rifle on the cab rack will be replaced by an M16, and a Barrett .50. Now to figure out how to mount the placement of four (4) truck mounted .50s Zombies be afreaid, very afraid the COWBOY CADDY IS COMING FOR YA

Well Justin, with so many bullets flying I would be showered in green stuff. So I will stick with the .50s at least I have a chance after a hard days work of killing zombies I can walk in the house without a large pool of stuff following me inside

Hi zombieslayers , I'm going the .50 over the Mk 19 on the skate ring for main armament on the recon buggy . I like the idea of flame , and so does my imaginary bad friend Buddy . Flame cleanses , someday it will .

Hey Gang. I've come-up with this "battery" of sites. navweaps.com, gun-world.net (translate), airwar.ru, nazarian.no, liveleak.com-pg.2 (Cool-video),angelfire.com, and militaryphotos.net. This last one has a pic of M-61/197 glowing. They call a Gecal but it's a 20mm x 6 Vulcan.
