There are going to be some great models and I'm sure looking forward to seeing them and getting started!

OK it's just turned midnight here (I'm at work) so here is a picture of my entry for this campaign. I'll be starting it once I get a couple of others out the way first.

As previously mentioned, here's my entry:
Paul, I'm pretty sure I've read somewhere in the KitMaker universe that one entry can't be used for more than one campaign (I know I tried it once and got stomped on). Not my rule, a general one. Maybe someone more well versed in that (Gary?) could chime in here. Sorry about that.
Damien, I'm afraid that may be just what Luciano has in mind!
Hooray, let's get started!

BTW, for those interested in this sort of thing:
I'm planning (that being the operative word) to do Ryhs Davids' SE.5a from the Pheon sheet and von Schleich's Alby from the kit. Man these look great in the box (and in the build)!

well i have the hurricane and bf110 for this campaign and a single hurricane for my "small is beautiful" campaign...its just easier to build them all at the same time...
paul
p.s. there are 2 hurricane kits in the box

The aircraft I will be depicting is that flown by Tesuzo Iwamoto during February 1944, with the 253rd Flying Group. Now PLEASE don't shoot any more holes in it !

No problem D, guns switched to safe.
This Seafire looks nice in the box, well it needs too as it's my first from Special Hobby and as this is not my normal scale I hope I can do it justice.

Gentlemen-
Happy New, everbody!
This looks like a winner right off the starting block! I'll ponder my options and will join in quite later this year. Probably even only after the summer. ... but let's wait and see!
My options are either
1. Hurricane vs. Bf110 the new Italerie kit vs. the Eduard D in 1/48,
2. Spitfire vs. Bf109 Tamiya model veterans MkI Spit vs. their Emil in 1/48,
3. E-Boat vs. MTB Revell vs. Airfix in 1/72,
or 4. German commerce raider vs. British cruiser HMAS Sidney vs. Kormoran both 1/700th from NNT.
It seems that Themes 1 through 3 are quite well covered, so the favourable choice seems No. 4. But I'll finally decide that at the whim of the moment.
I'll be closely following as you proceed, gentlemen!
Cheers,
Guido

Ok folks, as this campaign runs a whole year I won't start right now but some time later. At the moment I take part in the "Focke Wulf Fw 190 Campaign" over at Aeroscale, which just started. But as I mentioned earlier I will build a Messerschmitt Bf 109 E from I./JG 27 vs. Curtiss Tomahawk Mk. II from No. 112 Sqn. which equals Osprey's Duell No. 38, I think. I don't have that book ......
I will post my entries as soon as possible .... Good luck to all your builds - not only in this campaign!
Happy modelling!

Ello Michael and all you other blokes ,, Happy New year and all that other stuff .. well i found my M26 ,,its a Hobby Boss M26 with engine and the T34/85 will be built out of bits ..i think i have something like 20 of them in various states of knackered .scored a whole pile of them off a mate so i am not going to run short of T34 bits anytime soon .. get this ..there's more than 60 road wheels , most are still brand new
I was going to build a small dio with a M26 looking down on a semi burnt out T34/85 but in my hunts i found a really cool pic and its totally destroyed my plans ... This new dio will look ten times better ..even tho i have to finish a big ass dio for a friend i can't wait to start this one
Stay tuned for more ... much later
Phill

Herewith, my duellists:
Special Hobby's SPAD VII in the colours of Georges Guynemer takes on Eduard's Albatros D.III (early) as flown by Manfred von Richtofen.
The SPAD, still in its plastic bag
And in accordance with the rules, the Albatros, lightly started.
I have a few other builds to finish before I will allow myself to tackle these. Stay tuned...

Looking like some great builds coming up!
Jessie: You are quite right, the Albatros is perfectly fine under the rules.

Howdy Y'all
I will be building Skywave's 1/700 MTB & E-Boat, I'm having problems uploading my photo. Anybody know what I'm doing wrong?
