what material did you use for the mesh on the windscreens and what color / scheme will you use?
Bob
I use the window mosquito mesh on the windscreens. I will paint this car in US army color scheme with much rust. Where I can find interesting or not standart US color scheme?

Adam, that walker...I assume it's goignt o be a walker...looks pretty sweet. Can't wait to see it develop. One of my "some day" projects is a 1/35 scratched two-legged walker similar to the Mechwarrior types. If I had as much time as I have ideas.....
John, nice idea on the safari vehicle. You going to provide customers and crew? Might be fun to have the stereotypical tour guide on the PA system or bullhorn...just imagine the surreal dialog. Are you going to place it in a dio?

I had better get started on "WENDY" you guys are just tooooo! much with all of this creative flow. OK! guys what kinda names have we got here, now remember most have not been named yet so some of these are my imagination not the builders real names except for Justin, and Bob (bigrip74) who have named their builds.
? means that the vehicle has not been officially named yet.
@ Bob (OD): ?"Lil Piggy"
@ Justin: "HELL WAGON"
@ Randy: ?"RAZOR"
@ Harv: (this is a joke) "THE DOUNUT RAIDER"
@ Damian: ?"Wombat"
@ GAB: ?
@ Alexander: ?"Taxi Cab"
@ Clint: ?"Puddle Jumper"
@ Charlie: ?
@ Guy: ?
@ Lewis: ?"LOOBES" (I like your screen name)
@ Bob (Bigrip74): "TINKER BELL" "CAPTAIN HOOK" "WENDY"
NOTICE: THESE ARE MEANDERINGS OF A MADD MAN

just to get the juices from the brain flowing re: some names to make the builds personal.

Bob, that is just not right on so many levels (especailly since I threw one away then retrieved it to finish another build in the sherman campign) I like it

I now know that I am in the presence of greatness (Bob OD, Justin, Clint, GAB, Damian, Randy, Harv, Alexander, Hermon you guys are my heros) the building and creativeness on this campaign has inspired me on past my own inept trys to succede to a higher level, thanks.

Justin, I assume Pablo is merely giving Vicki a physical to make sure she has no infectious bite marks...or something. By the way, good to see someone else names their figures.
Bigrip, I haven't thought of a name for my boat. Maybe "Greif". I have a couple of old Tamiya decals for their sdfkz250. I really haven't given it much thought or gone through my decals to see what I have.

"Coz his inflatable girl was horribly injured in a nasty Xacto knife accident, and we felt sorry for Justin !!
BTW I'm sure Pablo is just inspecting Vicki for concealed weapons
Dragon, your build is starting to really come together now, awesome stuff and I'm loving the look of it so far.
I put an hour or so into my #1 rig tonight and got the basic turret finished.

Now I have to set up a raised platform for the gunner, off the back, and box it in with projectile- and goo-proof plexiglass.
Carry on chaps, most impressive work to this point !!
Cheers, D

@ Damian: that barbequer as Randy puts it is lookiing like a neme that comes to mind "Zippo"
@ Randy: you are making me look hard at what ideas that can be stolen for my next build

seriously nice job so far. What the the heck, great building since the first.
@ My twin

: I would be honored the escort that behemoth on its excursions into the wasteland for food and drink

is it going to be selfcontained or will you tow a large trailer?
@ Hermon: you will have a job reading then putting this down into a novel then a script of the next block buster at the movies

just remember to get out real names correct so that we can share

@ Harv: (this is a joke) "THE DOUNUT RAIDER"
I think you and Randy D have a good idea(s) for a name for my cop car........The Donut Shop Raider has a nice ring to it!!
I keep thinking about building that Humvee kit that I have and doing something along the same lines with it. I just can't sit by and watch all of these projects being built and not build something else myself.

HARV, please join me so that I am not the only one afflicted with the dredded scratch building disease (oh I forgot the other sick individuals here) at the moment "TINKER BELL" is being painted, "CAPTAIN HOOK" needs some fine tuning and "WENDY" is just in her first quarter of building. I still need to work out the tracks and drive wheels before she bolts out of here to join the crew

I really get a kick out building a/c, armor, ships, anything plastic or wood, but this campaign has opened up a new me

in reality I have never liked / enjoyed zombie movies but I can blame this on Hermon and Damian.

I was watching a horribly scripted "reality show" on Discovery and had an epiphany about what to do with my halftrack. So all you landlubbers are out racing across the crumbling transportation network in your customized vehicles, fighting the horde and breaking hearts all the way. But wait a tick...what's this...CHECK ENGINE light? So Brown Sugar is reborn as a post apocalyptic wrecker.
My boat is still my primary project right now. I figure it'll be done pretty quickly so I might turn my attention back to the halftrack concept.
