Take my advice, take your time, when i bought my Tiger 1, it was on the 13th of May, look how long it took me to finish it, lost interest too at the middle of the project . But i completed it, though i did say that i would either make a shermie or a half track but look what happen in the end, i bought a Stug IV. Now i have to rish for the Tank Killer campaign

Glad you liked it Danny... apologies for the blur picture. I'm still working on it..

The colours used: Black as the shadow. Then Dark Green followed by a mixture of Dark Green + Dark Yellow... It looks perfect.

Yup... I sure will Psyfool...
There's still lots to do.. and I'm planning to make a vignette or dio out of it just like the StuG

Get it posted once I get the base done..

As for the airbrush... I think it's good to get one! Very useful. Remember to get the air compressor too!

Danial, that dio looks very familiar! Looks good but I can't see much details due to the blur pix. Mind sending in more clearer pix? Would like to see in more detail your rendition of this DML kit.

hehe...i tried blowin up the pic, but the more i blow it up the more pixelated it becomes..anyway have to thank u for givin me the 'idea' of this small dio...hehe..
as u can see, i didnt put up much item..if u notice the mg-gunner is not there and mine is a bunker instead of a trench, i was never a history student though so im not sure if the krauts ever had a snow bunker..but i manage for the first time to do a rifle strap, dont tink u can see it in the pic;) ..it was quite a task there...
anyways, i'll post up again once i have the blown up pic...

Sorry to break into Danials project... but here's my small little project for the MP campaign. Well... at least it's what I have on my workbench now, other than my StuG that has just got his colours... #:-)

Oh... and once again, plz put on your Anti-Blur spectacles ...coz... the pictures are Bluuurrr!

Sheesh... that's really blur and I won't deny..
But that's the best I have for now... bear with me.. heh..

Try to make it a point to do rifle straps. Though it's just a minor detail but it does make ur figs much better looking. Nowadays, I make it a point to make rifle straps, bino straps and even chin straps. What do u use? I used to use aluminium foil but now I switched to masking tape.

I think it's more of a vignette than a Dio.. simple vignettes are always fun to do... furthermore, they save space! :-) Will keep you guys posted when I get the paints on..

*JM is my initials... Ike is just another nick.

dios or vignette, its no diff..but i tink if vignette, u got to have the details of the figure highlighted to bring out the realism...
