12 under the bed in the guest bedroom and the 6 or 7 on the work table upstairs.
Yeah, I think that does it.
Wow.
I've got a lot of kits to build....better get cracking!

Okay - for those who think I'm crazy... #:-)
My collection blossomed with my hobby business. So much so that I moved the inventory out of the house (condo) because we didn't have the room. My wife is a semi-pro crafter and she had to do the same with her gear.
The place we live in now is nice, but not much bigger. I went "IKEA-style" and came up with cabinets to store all my equipment in, making my workshop look more like a den or a library. We've got a good collection of books too and she likes to hang out in my workshop to read as much as I do. I made it as "foo-foo" and as comfortable as possible to invite her into my domain.
Sooo - being the great wife she is - she's come to the conclusion that we really need a larger place so that I can move my inventory back into easy reach. Now we're about to put down a deal on a four bedroom home this weekend - so that I can have a storage room and a separate workshop with a Guest Room to spare for my really cool Mother-in-Law to come and hang out with us.
The Master Plan worked!
Now - I'm planning on purchasing a GoodYear Wrangler tire to keep in the new garage if all goes well. Why? Well, because I'll need a SUV to use my tire on...

so watch for the list in the next couple of weeks as I take stock of everything.

With the intention of building them all of course

I meekly replied that I had gotten rid of many since last year ... even made a few dollars in the process (which I promptly spent on other stuff for myself). Later I realized that I had a file cabinet drawer full of metal, resin, PE and small plastic kits (mostly figures) that she isn't even aware of ... plus she doesn't know that many of those boxes in the garage contain more than one kit -- I did it to save space in the truck when we moved a few years ago
