Great ideas. I just lay a nickel on the parts, or just poke em down and flip them over every so often. The nickel is easier on the fingers when the water is hot. I really want to find a submersible heater I can lay in there to keep the water hot, kinda like a coffee cup heater only strait. Any ideas?

Well, how about this: Ask Matt for the design for his foam cutter. drill a hole each end of your tray to insert a lead in each end, then run the heater wire between them--obviously keep fingers out of the water while the heater is on! Would not meet UL standards. Another option would be to have a tube running from each end to some sort of heating pump so that you are continuously circulating hot water. Much safer option.
