Tamiya has IIRC two Bradley kits - the old issue M2A2 and the newer, ODS M2A2. One can distinguish from the other with the latter having a gold/yellow and black emblem on the box and IIRC a different box art. The new Bradley kit was recently released. IIRC, Academy also had a Bradley kit, and this I reckon is yet another copy of the early Tamiya Bradley. IIRC, the box for this kit is the actual model, colored green.

Now, with regard to the M1 kits, this is the round up:

Academy - M1A1 (skip this)
Tamiya - M1IP, M1A1, M1A1 with mine plow, M1A1 R/C. IIRC, I heard reports/rumours that they releasing a better M1A1 kit.
Dragon - M1A1HA with tank crew, USMC M1A1, M1A1 with mine plow, M1A2
Italeri - M1A2 (SEP perhaps?)
Trumpeter - M1A1HA with mine plow, USMC M1A1HA with mine roller, M1A1HA, M1A2 SEP I think.

Of these, there is an "argument" on who between Dragon and Trumpeter have the best M1 kits. Trump has a lot of offerings, vinyl and link-to-length tracks (you choose which to install), motors to make it motorized, and is considered the most accurate M1 producer (at least when it comes to the suspension). However, cons for the Trump kits is that there is a problem with the turret angle (check Missing Links, their tweaks page) and the detail is somewhat not sharp, for me at least.

Meanwhile, Dragon has very nice M1 kits as well, but you don't get some extras, however the detail is sharp and fit is ok. Some prefer Dragon because you don't have to rectify the turret unlike Trump.

So, essentially, it's a tie between Dragon and Trumpeter - for me at least - when it comes to best M1 kits.

Next is Tamiya which lacks the anti-slip detail. I haven't seen the Italeri kit to make an informed opinion, but I hear their M1A2 looks nice - with problems with hull construction daw.

The Academy is kit is, wellllll, to be fair, passable, but ain't the greatest among the lot.

GI- good review on the M1 abram kits, makes me want to own one. How about the Trumpeter British Challenger kit, ok ba to?

Is the Afv M35 – 1/35 Guntruck (vietnam) kit available locally and has anyone here seen any Dragon’s OH-6A Loach 1/35 Helicopter kit, medyo rare na itong kit na to eh.

Review ain't original hehehe just summarizing what I've read online as well as what I know personally hehehe

The Trump Chally II kit is a welcome relief for modern AFV fans who seem to see the onslaught of German WWII AFVs annoying (hehehehe - just kidding on ye German WW2 AFV fans hehehehe). Although many an online review knock Trump's Chally II kit for poor engine deck detail and incorrect wheels, it is, for me at the very least, a nice addition on one's shelf. It is a BIG armor kit - looks even bigger to the M1, but not much really. It looks very nice to put beside Tamiya's Chally I kit. If one doesn't like to spend an atrocious amount of money to correct the wheels, one should at the very least conduct minor surgery to the gun mantlet. It is highly recommended to get Concord's Challenger I/II book for reference, not only for the Chally II but also for the Chally I as well (hint: book is AFAIK available at STC). Plastic is soft for my tastes, but that's a plus if one is going to do the surgery on the mantlet (not much problem really). Over all, it is a nice kit and one I can recommend. It comes with vinyl tracks. However, if one plans to do an Operation Telic vehicle, one has to use some of Tamiya's Chally I's Desert Sabre armor components, do some minor surgery on that as well, or alternatively, purchase from Accurate Armor (not to be mistaken with Accurate Model Shop at SouthMall) the Op. Telic armor package. I'm currently doing my Chally II as used in Telic, using some Tamiya components. It is an impressive kit and would look very nice when built properly.

Someone recently posted pics of his built-up Trumpeter Telic Chally on the Rivet Review. Looks damn good.

I seem to remember seeing a Loach. I can't exactly recall whether it's at Lil's Park Square or STC Virramall.

The AFV Club Guntruck popped up at Lil's Park Square last year. Unfortunately for me, I was strapped for cash at that time. Predictably, it was gone the next day. Darn

VSS: Good news (I think)! Back in Operation LILS, I saw some Loach helicopters at Lils Megamall. Several Italeri kits and I think (not sure) even the 1/35 Dragon kit. I can't recall if the Italeri kits were also in 1/35. When I saw them today, there was around 3 to 4 boxes at the "workshop" corner of the store.

I spotted an ad in STC SM West. They are selling limited edition AFP figures! Sorry but I can't post more details because I was in a hurry. You might want to check out their other branches.

BMF was that price last time I was there, so hindi siya nagmahal in my books. The enamels, are being sold at the same price as the ones in Lil's are.

Got meself a nice cheap stash of copper wire. It's available at your friendly neighborhood hardware and general merchandise. I got mine for Php 8.00 per meter. It's an insulated cable that has three relatively thick insulated copper wires inside. They're just the right diameter for pipes, ladder rungs, tiedowns, handholds, etc.

Hmm..may naisip tuloy akong idea...^__^

If those wires are fine enough, they could serve as chicken wire, na pwede nating ipambalot sa mga helmet ng 1:35 scale...And with the copper like color, mukha na cyang rusted! ^____^

I'll try that this sem break.........

JMN sells Revell Germany's version of the Leopard 2A5 as used in Kosovo (or Bosnia) by I/S/KFOR.

Inspecting it one day, one word entered my mind: Italeri. It looks like the Italeri kit as the add-on wedge armor on the turret is molded, not separate as in the Tamiya kit. With the price at close to a thousand, you'd be better off getting the slightly more expensive, but worth the money Tamiya Leo2A5 kit.

Spotted this one at STC SM West/North also. Sorry but I don't seem to recall the price.

Hyperscale gives it a very good review. I wouldn't mind getting one especially with all the Trumpeter 1/72 Soviet vehicles available for a lot of dio possibilities

Wow! Ganda ng cargo ship na yon! BTW, wala pa rin ba sa inyo nakakakita ng Tamiya 1/48 Harriers or any manufacturer of AV-8B? This kit is so darn rare eh especially the 1/24 of Airfix. Anyways, meron na rin bang model ng AH-130?

I saw Dragon makes the 1/144, Revell Monogram for some 1/48 and Airfix in 1/32 and 1/48 scale. Anyways, thanks for the search!

Monogram has it in 1/48 w/ raised panel lines and if you want to see more about AV-8B go to www.aircraftresourcecenter.com galleries.
