Hello everyone!
I just finished my paint booth. I thought I might post a few pics while I take a break. I don't even think it was dry yet before I put it together. I think if came out pretty good though, and it matches the desk I built. I'll be starting the modeling room in about a week and a half just after I finish a few more projects. I'll keep everyone posted.
Thanks,
-Jay-

Very nice job on the paint booth. These babies are definitely useful, especially if you air brush alot indoors. Ive resorted to backing my car onto the driveway while i create a quick make shift spray corner. The garage door remains open throughout the whole air brush process. Thats the only way i know how to keep the air around at a healthy level without having a paint booth.

Hi Jay
I have to admit I'm rather jealous of both your spray booth and desk! I've got a desk of sorts - but your organiser at the back is great!
Of course, I could make better use of the space I've got if I could only learn to put things away when I've finished with them...
All the best
Rowan

Thanks for all the compliments everybody. It was alot of work. I think all together I spent 5 weeks working on everything. I also built some nice glass shelves with nice wood shelf brackets. I can't wait to start on the room itself. All the wood molding is stained and ready to be cut. I just have to start painting. Too bad I have to paint the basement before I start
Thanks

Hy Jay,
really a nice work.
Does your paint booth have an exhaust?
In the back is a kind of window with a filter, but cannot see the exhaust fitting.
Here, we adapt computer ventilators to remove the paint dusk.
Your desk is wonderful too, but the last time I drunk beer while assembling a 737.... :-) :-) :-)

IIRC his uses a 20" box fan and it's ONLY meant for Acrylics, As it's not a brushless motor like Muffin (computer) fans. the one I built for myself has a pair of 6" Brushless muffin type fans in it......
