If not Walter Model, could be Student, but wears wrong hat. .
Could be quite a few people, I don't think it's 'easy'. :-)

Hmmm, stumped by a 13 year old?

I didn't think it was that hard. I thought the first person that sees it would guess right.

O well, gotta let the eastern hemisphere have a turn now, they should be waking up by now, eh?

So now for something completely different. What was the name of the Christmas cards sent out by King George VI in 1940?

I guess no takers. So I'll answer it. Blitzmas Cards. Got to love British humor.

Ok, so here is another. This warship ended up World War II as it's countries largest surviving warship. It suffered a complete engine breakdown while crossing the Atlantic, and wound up at it's destination on the end of a tow rope. The guns from one main turret were removed before it was sent out for a special test. After that test it was towed to a Pacific island, where it later capsized and is visible to this day.

What ship is this?

No Dave, but you're on the right track as far as the test that was involved.

Keep trying. I'll be willing to bet you've got a model of sitting on your shelf.

As Ave said it's not the Missouri. She's in Pearl Harbor and still sitting upright.

Any others?
