Jim has new samples for review from Kittyhawk, Panda, and Zvezda. Also hobby mats from Tankraft.com. And a two new books from AK Interactive.
We got some new samples in from Kitty Hawk, IBG Models, and Zvezda. As well as new paint items from Ammo of Mig. Remember you can see all our available samples from the home page in the Reviews area.
Jim runs down some of the most recent items sent in for review samples. Several new Zvezda, IBG, Panda, and Kittyhawk kits as well as items from Ammo by Mig and MP Originals Masters Models.
Jim unboxes some of the recent samples sent to him and they are now available for review articles or blogs. I am back!! Yes I know I say that a lot lately but this time it's POST move and in our new house (or precisely our new basement). New items from Rye Field Model, Flyhawk and Academy!
Our publisher is moving cross-country from California to New Hampshire and so we wanted to update any company that is sending out samples that we have a new mailing address for anything you were sending to us in the USA.
I have been somewhat distracted the past month or so getting ready to move and sell our home here in California, so apologies for that. We have gotten quite a few nice samples recently so take a look if you are interested in contributing with reviews, blogs, or build features.

We got in a slew of new as-yet-unreleased Tamiya kits this past week. Those include the new Korean Sherman as well as the new Bf 109 G6 and the new German Assault Pioneers with Goliath tracked mine.

KitMaker Network will be opening it's palatial 240 sq. ft. office up for an Open House (err... open office?) on Wednesday December 16th from 7pm-9pm. If you live near Central California and want to come on by please do. We will be giving away some door prizes to the first folks to make the trek.

Well it's been about a month since the last Mail Call video was put up. This time around we have new items from Legend Productions, Flyhawk (the new 1/72 PzKpfw II Ausf J (VK.16.01), Abrams Squad magazine, and the first kits from newcomer Tiger Model.
We are saddened to have to announce the news that our own Bruce Miller (grayghost666) has passed away. Bruce had been fighting for several years against cancer as many of you who knew him well on the site probably know. Bruce headed up the campaigns section on Model Shipwrights since 2011. He joined KitMaker in 2007 and, as many will attest, did his best to make the community a better place.
T Murphy McCraken or perhaps better known by some as Cuhail has died suddenly from Heart and lung failure. The best efforts of both Paramedics and hospital staff failed and they were unable to revive Murphy. What makes this a particularly sad event is that he was due to get married Saturday July 12th, 2014 to Gigi Ballad, who is described as his soul mate.
