Okay,
I had about three people kick themselves for ever buying a Dixie Chick CD and get on line and order her CD. We are what we are but American's know how to vote with their wallet.
Cheers,
Shaun

Speaking of kicking ones self, do you think John Kerry is kicking himself for those smarmy little remarks the other day? I mean, Im not exactly thrilled with the way things are going either, but that was low man.

He must be, knowing that even his fellow Democrats are distancing themselves from him. He could have avoided the whole mess by simply apologizing right off the bat instead of trying to blame the Republicans.

It's because the anti-war people are boycotting her, kind of the opposite of the Dixie chicks debacle.
Dixie chicks slagged on President Bush, which they have the right to do, but the way they did it was NOT the right way to do it. They went about it in a rather immature way, completely overlooking the fact that they are ambassadors (whethere we like it or not), represenative of our country when they are overseas, and they acted like spoiled children.
I agree with the majority here, it's a damn good song, and pulled at my tear ducts too.
I mean, I'm not crazy about the war right now either; I voted for the Bush, supported him wholeheartedly at first, but have recently begun to waver as far as he is concerned. But I still, and will always ALWAYS support the troops .As far as the war goes?, Quite frankly, I think we should be concentrating on afghanistan even more than Iraq. Personally, I'd like to see us find Bin Laden, drag his sorry hide to New York, and hand him over to the NYFD and let them take care of him.

On the forum from which I originally got the link, one person replied that the singer sounded similar in style to the Dixie Chicks.

Sorry,
I did not mean to bring the Dixie Chicks into the fray.
My fault,
Shaun
The Poster Girl CD is about 30 bucks on Amazon
