Matt,

Do you have a list of seminars? The flyer just states that there will be several of them but does not hint toward the topic or who the presenter is going to be.

Sounds like a great list of vendors Matt. The seminars also look interesting.
I will be there early with a couple of guys from my local club.

I'm probably bringing my pontoon carrier and trailer for an entry, just gotta finish that up this weekend.

Cya There,

Matt

Better late than never, but add Hansa Systems to the vendors list.
My good friend Steve Zaloga will be there too.

Good show! Much better orgainized this year than last, and the change in venue was fab! Some very nice builds on the tables this year! Unfortunatly I missed all the seminars as I put in just about 4 hours judging

I agree, it was an outstanding improvement over the last location. Hopefully next year, more will make the trip. It certainly was an enjoyable show.

I enjoyed the show very much. I also did some judging and gained a new appreciation for what judges try to do. The experience will also aid my modeling. Looking forward to next year and I might even enter a model or two. Great show and location. And with it being so close to Danbury Fair Mall bringing the family would work out well.

Talk about a ghost..me. Dave, John, Jeff and Little Jeff, Was a pleasure and a great venue. Had a fun time and as Jeff stated, actually got roped into judging also.now that I have learned what to look for , I may also enter a build or two. Dave, when I say this is my bed and space I meant it! John...thankyou so much for sharing your son with Dave and I at a most enjoyable dinner..my best regards to you and Jeffery! Jeff ...it was an honor to judge along side you , you have a keen eye and as you, I have learned what to stare at...as long as it stays in the 1/35 th range. Great venue and great time...till next year.

Somehow I managed to miss every one of you. Were you guys hiding in some underground bunker? I too thought that the venue was 100% better from the one last year. I was a bit surprised by what I thought was a low number of models entered although I was glad to see that the diorama category was very well represented.

Sorry we missed you too Marty, I was rather easy to spot, old bald man with terrible hair cut. :-) :-)
Actually I did spend a lot of time in my room resting the poor old leg. The worse part I forgot my cane, left it in my truck, and rode up in John's truck, so paid for that moment of senility. Which is a feeble excuse for my sometime irritable mood over the week end.

Well, John at least Jeffery and I enjoyed the dessert. :-) Hopefully next year a few more will show up for the dinner trip.

Ah, I am bummed out that I didn't get to hand out with you guys. Was looking forward to that

Perhaps next time we could all meet at a prearranged place and time.

BTW, do you guys have any photos from the show? I only have a few as my camera developed a problem.

Marty, I have about 125 photos from the show, will post them to a gallery, as soon as I can edit and resize them.

Al, next year you better make it, I'll search for a nice 1899 figure for you. (Really a dumb rule that kept a lot of figure guys away-if you ask me, although no one actually did ask me!) :-)

Very nice, John. I remember you showing some in progress and deatil shots of this.

Big congrats on a well deserved award.

Dave, I have a sci-fi armored suit I've been watching in my stash. Maybe this will stimulate me to move forward on that. Maybe even finish up a tank. Yeah, I was quite disappointed with the ruling, especially since since at least 2001, all figures were welcome. But if that's the rule, so be it. I'm just glad I got clarificatio before I packed my stuff up to make the trip.
