Thanks Ray,

That is an easily acceptable price for a high quality very unique conversion.

It should work nicely. Just afew adjustments to the assembly, and you are set. Look at the inclosed CD, and it should all be clear. Good luck, and keep me posted!

Once again I shall venture forth, and ask again. What is the set up of the Semils engine deck, and turret stowage? Is the deck like a Olifant, skooikan, or Centurion? Was turret stowage like the Olifant, Israeli, or Aussie, or none of the above? I know that it had a 20pndr, but was it the long barreled 20 as with the skooikan, or standard 20? Gents, you have always been a wealth of info, don't let me down now. I have seen that a few Semils were sent to SWA, but who used them, and how well did they do? I have some very good pic's of the Skooikan, that I will use on a future project when I get another computer. This one is acting wonky, and the E-drive as gone arse over tit. Please someone respond, as it seems I am all alone here. I also feel a Rooikat scratch build coming on in the future also. Should prove interesting. TTFN. Ray

I will try and scan the line drawing of semels I have and send it on. Semels was sent to SWA in 1976 when the presence of Soviet tanks in angola became apparent. The squadron was operated by the school of armour.

That would be great!!! I am looking at buying some more Centurions next month at OmaCon. The regional IPMS show. Great deals to be had too. Will greatly appreciate anything on the Semil you can get me.

Cheers,
Ray
