Was suppose to submitt this gepard to the competition during national day.....did one wrong filtering and it look really dark so I opt out....

Re-prime the Gepard again after sanding of the decal, will re-do the gepard to 3 tone Nato camo, hopefully this weekend ...

Here is 2 picture before and after....

Do you guys usually apply the paint when everything are fixed up? It looks like you will had a hard time painting the wheels again. For me i usually paint along the way in the building process and had a box with little partition for small painted item that will be affix when the main painting are done.

for me i wud...thats the beauty of a tank my fren. we can cover up mistakes easily...abt the tracks and wheels, dont worry..u can somehow cover it up...juz add a lil mud..not too much though..this is a modern tank...so they do wash it now and then...dont worry...

thanks guys,
the tank is 1/35 trumpeter kit. the camo is hand-painted, that's why it took me so long. there is some weathering, but my camera skills still need improving, i think the pics were overexposed. come on guys, show the rest of us what's on your workbenches!

Nice work from all of you. I see the weathering on the S-Tank clearly so no worries about it
A lot of people has their own definition of weathering. Actually weathering is a skill and also what level of weathering you want to apply onto your work depends on what mode of operation you have intent for your model to present. As far as I see, you all have a nicely done up tank with appropriate weathering done.
Something I have to learn.
