Dear all Armorama , good friends and Brothers.

I wanna thank you from deep inside my heart , for all the caring and attention i received during my stay at the hospital , at the news of my health problem .

Hopefully i have no damage left after the heart attack and i have made deep scanning and examination of my full organism to see whats going on and what i have to do to prevent any next similiar incident .

I have some medication already inmy pocket and a strict diet . I will follow and i hope everything will improve soon .

Once more i wanna tell you how much i appreciate your friendship and attention to my person , and know that i would do the same for each and everyone of you . Armorama has always been my second home and the members my second family .

THANKS A LOT

I'm glad you're back home. Even the best care in hospital can't be compared to your own home and its atmosphere.
Take care of yourself.

Hey Costas,

Its nice to see you back and on the road to recovery, I still find diabetes a strange condition to deal with and resent all of the advice I keep being given as to what I can and cant do as well as helpful advice about looking after my feet, heart, well most of me. So try and stick with the diet, because I have been often told that I should eat a Mediterranean menu as it is the best for my health, so I guess that if you follow that advice, drink a little wine and enjoy your modelling that you should soon be fully recovered.

Regards,

John

Well, you know that we missed you Goose, and seriously, many of us felt the effect of the news deeply. As you stated in your opening, "good friends and brothers".
I'm glad to see that your on the mend Costas, the work that you do for both the Big A and Planet Figure often goes without a physical reward but know this, you ARE appreciated and loved by so many of us.

Now get well! Hey, maybe they'll be enough time for you to write a book on ground effects for figures painters??

Hey thanks a lot for the warm welcome . I guess figurepainting and taking some thingseasier will help me a lot. Dealing with diabetes is indeed a pretty hard issue but there is no way out .

As for the book ...well is in the making ..slowly but steady ......

Hi Costas,
I'm happy to see you back on the sites.
Sounds like you've decided to do the things necessary to take care of yourself and that's often half the battle.
Best of luck to you,
Craig

Hi Costas

It's great to see you back! Take things slowly to start with and don't risk overdoing it.

Once you're fully fit, I want to pick your brains about small-scale figure painting (1/48... I wonder why... LOL!).

Take care
