I am soory to hear Mike was wounded in that homocide bombing. Words can never fully express what it means for our soldiers to be over there fighting the fight for us to be safe and free here at home. Surely one of these days the region will come out of the 5th century BC and make it a little safer for everyone.

Our prayer go out to Mike, his wife, and his little newborn -- God bless you and may you return home soon!

Oh for crying out loud, page 4 and I'm just finding out?

Mike, do what you've got to do to get better, cry when you feel the need, get angry if you have to but NEVER stop appologizing to your wife and family for your mood sways. Oh, you'll have them, and I'll be here if you ever need a friend to talk to someone that suffers with pain on a daily basis. I can relate.

One more piece of advice big guy, pain pills cause constipation, straining can cause bigger problems, even stroke, this ain't no joke, ask Elvis's family. On a personal level, I blew out an intestine that almost killed me. Mike, talk to your doctor about a natural laxitive regiment to keep you going if your going to stay on pain meds. This one tid bit of advice can save your life...

Just because I care!

Update from Mike

"Hey Guys new update. Had surgery on friday, the aniestisiologist said she had a harder time finding a vein on me than the drug addict she had the week before! right now, i'm in a half cast from my wrist to my shoulder. they have my arm straight to get try and get my tricep to scar to some bone around my elbow. if it does, they will put on a new splint that will allow gradual range of motion of my elbow. if not it will be fused, so keep your fingers crossed.
later."
