I was wondering how you guys make those banners at the bottom of your names. I got some pointers from one person, but I wanted to get more input from others that have them. What programs did you use? How do you know what size? Is there something that says Banner? Some of you have the most interesting banners I've ever seen. Share the wealth with me brothers!

With deep thanks

You just need to use a Phote Editing program. I use Adobe's Photoshop and Jasc Wares PaintShop Pro.

The image size should be formatted to 468 pixels wide by 60 pixels tall and try not to exceed 30kb in size.

You just need to start with a blank canvas of the size you want (see above) and add the images that you like into it. I know there is a bit more to it than described here, but it is fairly simple.

I have made a few for members here, so if you need some help, feel free to ask.

hahahahahaha OMG Ken, that's pretty cool!

Now if we could include all the other things in life that I like, like the SLK32 bahama blue, the American flag, the pot leaf, boobies, the santaty of marriage, and my beilef in God... we'd really have something here!

To be clear I've not had pot since the 80's. But man, do I miss them.

OMG, LMAO! :-) :-) :-) :-) :-) :-)

Uh, don't think we can put all those items in there. Probably all except the flag though.

With all due seriousness, if you would like some help, let me know. What color(s), objects, images... etc.

Wow Marty, you nailed it! 20 years ago I would have said Jack Daniels too. You've got banner talent my friend.

John and Dave, I am glad you guys liked the "very special" banner I created. Using it would most likely violate certain rules of conduct here on Armorama. Nevertheless, I just had to make it.

Marty, it was certainly a groovy thing. I'm playing around with photoshop now. I managed to get a color in something the size of a banner hahaha. But I'm learning.
