Heres a few shots of my favorite dios at the MMSI show in Chicago yesterday. I had a great time and spent way to much money at the vendor tables

Some nice dios there. Nice pics.
Man, how I wish there were shows like this in S. Fla. They are always too far away from me to get to.

HI Don,
Great pics, I was there as well and really enjoyed it. It was my first time there. I really liked the 1/16 German dio and the Battle of Poitiers was impressive, actually everything was impressive:)
Cheers

I was there too. I entered a bunch of armor in the ordinance section, and a figure in each of the figure sections (Open and Painters). I go to this show each year, even though it is a 10 hr drive, and have enjoyed it each year. Did anyone else on here enter pieces in the show?
I will see about posting some of my pics later.

We should have a photo feature on this show in the near future.
A gallery has been set up and I've uploaded my photos there (there are many more coming). Feel free to load yours as well. If you have difficulty please contact me.
The gallery can be found here:

Hey nate,
Is there anything you want/need pictures of. I have a ton of them myself, more than were posted, but some of them are duplicates of what you had.
Personally, I loved Ric Taylor's Flat of Elizabeth the 1st, the Best of show winner. His stuff is amazing, especially since it is coming from that Crazy Canook...
I entered 6 armor pieces together, (Jagdpanther, ISU-152, chapparel, TOS-1, S-tank, and SdKfz 234/3) and recieved a Silver. I also had the "Colonial Marine" in the open division and got a Bronze. My Soviet SNiper figure "Tough Date" got skunked...
As I said before, really nice stuff there, even if World Expo kinda hurt attendance. I still loved their 25th Annivversary show from all those years ago...that was a blast.

Hola Jacques!
Man that was your Jagdpanther! That weathering was top notch, spent a long time marveling at it!! How did you acheive that look?

Glad to see someone was looking at the kits! :-)
Which effect are you talking about? If you mean the whole deal, it may take a while to discuss it, but for one of the specific effects, I can get you an answer quick!

Jacques:
If you have the "missing gap" phots (i.e. the stuff that we were unable to get good photos of -- we each dumped a sizable number of what we shot due to clarity issues) please feel free to add them to the gallery.
