Davy, I wish your dog well. Hope the biopsy turn out OK and it's something minor. How old is he and what's his name?

Did anyone check his teeth? Could be a dental or periodontal abcess. Dogs are very prone to them.

I'm hoping for you. I love my dog to death and I know how upsetting it can be when we think about bad things happening to them. Good luck to you and your dog. Make sure to keep us posted.

Here's to the best for you and the pooch. Sometimes bumps is just bumps. A co worker's puppy had something similar and it was benign. Our older dog had a small cancerous lesion removed from the back of her neck a couple years ago and she's doing quite well for a 16 year old.

I hope he is OK and it's benign too.He looks like a grizzled vet or so.Minor and benign warts, bumps and other strange anomalies start appearing on them as they age.My dog's vet said"if they aren't concerned with it or otherwise in pain or obsessed with it,then it's just a cosmetic problem, comes with age."Yeah,it can look ugly and scarey, but it's true.Sure you can have it removed, but it's a 50% chance of return.I wouldn't be concerned unless he is showing other signs of 'not himself'.Good luck.Nice lookin' buddy
cheers!

I hope for the best for him.
I know how you feel.
I are dog has a somewhat large lump on his one leg. We took him to the vet and they said it wasn’t anything to worry about. They didn’t even have to remove it and that been over 2 years ago I think.

Davy,
I really hope Ben is okay. I know how important our dogs can be. My wife and I have 2 dogs. They are border collie / black lab mixes. We love them. They are children to us.
I'll be thinking about you.

Hi Davy:
I hope Ben is okay. Having just lost one of our dogs unexpectedly over the weekend (he passed quietly and peacefully Saturday night), I know how painful the loss of a companion can be.

Thank lads,
He had the lump removed today vet's quite confident that it's benign ..but to wait for the result and his blood test, wasnt attached very deep to his mouth so didnt need any stitches ect back to his old self ..just hoping the results are clear
