What do u guyz think of the DML 3 in 1 Half track?...I almost bought it a few times but decided otherwise..This time, I tot of doing an agressive diorama with half tracks (prob 2) raiding a village (probably a Russian one) w/ supporting infantry....I tink the kit does not come w/ crew (is that rite?) so I will also get the DML Half track crew to compliment it..Since TMS is recommended highly by u guyz, I guess I shd cehck out this kit there....Must start thinking how to scratch build the village houses...

what i tink of the 3 in 1? superb la bro..but im not really into ww2 vehicles but i'll give it 2 thumbs up...got a few photoetch parts so it will be more detailed...

scratch built village houses? eh u got tips to make em? share with me can? i got a german motocycle crew and donno wat to do with em...

damn...u got another kraut on the lose here...eerie, u got a fren la geng...
eerie is also another kraut nutter...hehe...

I told you the 3rd reich models sells. Cos they seems too nice... I mean look at their uniforms, gear and equipments. THats why after WW2 the US army started dressing better, they copied everything. Look at our kevlar helmet...familliar?

Cos with our kevlar design, i can use my HP or my signal set. Imagine a steel pot, no ear covers etc...
anyway my current fire fighting helmet covers everything so i have problems using phone when on the run,. But the white rescue helmet is ok, somehting like kevlar design

Yes get the half track, cos i will be making that soon too. The 3 in 1 kit comes with 4 Nachtjager. Its worth it.

As for Tamiya show room, i went pass it many times but never got a chance to stop by. Its very near my HQ. And yes it has a bus stop infront of it but i am not familliar with the buses cos i stay in the WEST.

Russian village houses?..Hmm..I guess I will use alot of wood for that..Ice-cream sticks, chopsticks, tootpicks can use for the main structure of the house..As for the roof, I guess the real ones use something like hay...I will use broom ends..Looks similar..I've built a few (ruined) houses b4..I also scratch built a German guard post out of ice-cream sticks....

No i am not based there.. I am stationed in P.Tekong Basic Military Training Center 1 Gryphon Company Platoon 2.
If you are looking for me, go to Platoon 2
and look for the Platoon Sergeant or Section 4 Section Commander.
You can also find Danial at Section 3. Ask his section commander first.

Psyfool... as long as it's DML or Tamiya.. I'll never hesitate to get it (unless it's the older models of course, then i might hesitate). If the price is right, with all the discounts and stuff.. Go get it

Furthermore it's PAY DAY!! :-)

About $80plus....There's no storewide discount, but they do have discounts on some kits...But the kits that I bought are all at normal price...I tink MH sells cheaper but those that i got, I can't find at MH....This will be it...No more kits until next month! (that's wat I always say!)

The only discounts you get at TMS are the new arrivals.

And for membership, you have to spend at least $250 (i think) to be a member to enjoy a measly 10% discount.

$220 on a single receipt and $330 on multiple receipts from 3 months. Anyway, if you buy 1/6, the discounts helps.

Wow...so much money. For 10%.. I think I'm more towards MH. But I like the other shops too
Maybe when I'm going to find DML kits. Then TMS is definately the best place.
