Hi there

Voting has now started for the second Aircraft Model of the Month. Whether or not aircraft are your main modelling interest, please have a look at the models on display HERE and vote in the poll on the aircraft front page.

If you're having trouble finding the poll, set your focus as "aircraft" (button at the top-left of screen).

Thank you to everyone for submitting models - let's encourage them with a good turn out at the polls.
All the best

Merlin, just a thought, but can't we put a general button to give equal points to all aircraft?
There are just too many goodlooking aircraft in the gallery to only choose one....

I would feel bad having to pick only one out of them

Looking at the pics makes we wanna try building wingiethings again!!!

To all builders: nice work!!

Rowan, how the hell am I supposed to choose....they're all awesome! I've got to start building aircraft too again looking at these builds hehe

I must say I really like the ME262 build by Pixilater and the JU87 build by Wingman......

Nah my vote goes to the ME262

Cheers,
Martin

They all look great and are worthy of winning. Talk about a tough decision. I just want the people who made these to know that they all did an awesome job and I appreciate their effort regardless which build gets the honor.

Wingmans Stuka just scrapes it for me. But these are all fantastic models. Very well done to everyone.

This is not fair, there is no way of telling which one is better or worse by photos, they all look great, this way, but the only thing with photos, not only can they bring out your flaws, they can also hide your flaws, by holding the camera in the right position.

By us not being able to pick ourselves which way the camera looks at them, how are we to know they are not hiding any flaws, to when another one doesn't have any flaws, maybe none have any flaws, but how are we to know.

This is why they need judges to look at them in person, like other contest do. Then we know nothing was hidden from nobody.

Or have they been judged by a people that are right there with them.

Hi Kerry

You're quite right - no-one can really judge properly from just a photo. That's why it's all only for fun... no prizes and no hurt feelings - it's simply a way of encouraging people from all over the world to share their enjoyment of our hobby.

All the best

Rowan
