This got me thinking... time to do inventory.

17 Armor Kits
22 Diorama kits
244 Resin Figure kits

And I'm going to buy more at the VLS Inventory sale tomorrow!

Could my wife use this as grounds for divorce?

My wife is waiting for the day kick the bucket, E-bay here we come! I keep showing he the prices so she at least knows where to start. A Tamiya Lancaster is NOT a one dollar item! Oh well.

Feh and Poot!!

My stash consists of 2 tanks and three planes.

Is it still a stash when it is in the single digits?
You are all still welcome to donate any unwanted models to me.

really...

Oh puhleeze, Mike, dearest...

The only reason your stash is at the paltry number it is at the MOMENT is because you've been a modelin' fool the last month or so and have built mass quantities of your 'stash'.

Besides, you forgot your bird of prey if you think you only have five.

*I* only have one in my "stash" and 2 partial builds.

HOWEVER, since my father's passing, Mike and I have hundreds to choose from should we want to build them. My Mom will be selling most from our website soon, though, as we've mostly picked through what we wanted.

Jiminy Christmas! I wish had a stash! Minimum wage+car not moving+saving for college=practically nothing. And when I do get a kit, my mom says "Are you sure you need this? I mean, you already have 4 unbuilt models...." Oy vey! Oh well, she treats me well at Christmas. Thanks for your time.

Here are some pics of my stash from last year.

Currently, there is some decrease (sales) and some really killer acquisitions (resins). Just want to share....

The main stash...

Upper half

Lower half

The second closet (old set-up)...

And if you want to do some reading....

All I can say is "...Bless eBay...."

Don't worry Zepeleptic.
You've already contracted the disease...lol...and there is no cure.
It won't be long before you are stuffing clothes into boxes and old suitcases to make room in your wardrobe for your growing stash.

Zepeleptic

I remember having two kits saying thats all I will ever own at one time then it grew to 15. I have it wittled down to about 7 now thanks to my father taking some home to build. But buying more constantly knaws at my brain.

I stopped counting at 700. But, I've promised myself that I can't die before I finish each and every one of them. So - I got that going for me. :-)

I am not a well man...

Those kits are just the part builts, there are 11 different boxes of unbuilts out in storage..
The figures are mostly unbuilt, but often robbed for accessories and weapons.

Waterboy

I am a bit disappointed with the cleanness of the desk.

I have a ways to go compared to some of the great stash shown here. Only 60 or so in my stash. I hadn't bought any since May of this year. Noticed I was feeling kind of depressed lately. Started shopping (and buying) again and guess what? I am feeling more like my old self. I guess I must now confess that I too am a collector. Such a burden.
