Ok - looking for ideas on the next digital diamond... here are some considered subjects:
- creating flowing water (streams, water falls)
- creating standing water (ponds, puddles)
- creating snow effects
- creating realistic urban streets
- creating rusts and stains
- weathering buildings
Open to others as well!

I'd be interested in the urban streets and the weathering buildings.

Hi Keith. I would like to see the conclusion of your building dioramas article run on your old web site. Anything on making and painting buildings, or water effects on a sea shore perhaps.

- Creating explosion damages on buildings and explosion points on groundwork
- Construction of wooden floors
- Stone wall (realistic) building
- Low and medium height vegetation (not using commercial sets but from Natural materials)
- Construction of full wooden buildings like barns

Flowing Water - I found this the hardest one especially on the edges of waterfalls.

From what I have seen - or NOT seen the most of - I'd say
1. Flowing water
2. Weathering buildings
3. Urban street layout (neat and destroyed)
4. Rust
5. standing water
6. snow
One thing I see you do quite often and don't see 'crossed over' documents is Figure conversions - from head removal/replacement, joint cutting repositioning, sleave hollowing .....

Hi Keith, I'm currently working on a diorama that will have a shallow river so count me in for flowing water. Cheers Kevin

Keith
All of the above and I especially second slodder's idea about figure conversion.

Keith,
How about topics dealing with destruction? What I mean by this is destroyed buildings, realistic bomb craters, burnt out vehicles, etc.
As far as your list goes, I vote for flowing water and urban street first.

Okay - based on requests, we will go in this order:
Flowing Water
Repositioning Figures
Battle Damage / Buildings
Weathering Roads...
Good - I have several articles primed!
