"Dessert?" Sounds yummy, Paul. :-)

Seriously, it's spelled "desert." Some parts of Clark (CDC), especially the lahar-covered areas would be ideal for such war games.

I dunno any place here in Metro Manila where we can do a "Desert Storm" scenario.

Naalala ko tuloy yung mga Pinoy films na may desert scene :-). Have anyone seen a wargames store near MIA? Naala ko nung Toycon, may nakausap ako na modeler dati pero more on wargames na sya. Sabi nya may shop daw sya malapit doon.

Klinger,

Wow! Baka naman ma-outclass kami sa uniforms mo. LOL. In our last game there were participants using the desert BDU and boots. Kaso there isnt much to say when it comes to camo in an urban setting (but then again, so is the Woodland). Looking forward to seeing you "in the bush" my friend.

Tread,

Shonen's right. Its quite popular here as well. And it gives you a chance to get a "feel" for the things we are fascinated with. A clubmate is bringing along his Kevlar vest and helmet and intends to use them on a sortie. Liebgott and I gave him two rounds before shedding the gear. LOL.

Shonen,

Sayang. Next time, hopefully.
