We are in the process of buying a house and my wife has given me the official OK to build a modeling room in my garage (it's already insulated, I'd just have to work on heat in the colder months). This will make airbrushing easier, I won't have to listen to her complain because I'm painting in the house.... WAHOOOOOOOO!

Your room looks great, congratulations!

Nice build so far. Looks very realistic. What scale is that?

I have been using the basement. The room is 9ft by 29ft. , but before I moved all my stuff down there. I put up drywall and tile on the floor. I just got the heater put in today, so now I can work down there all year long. It will also have my model railroad at one end.

Kkeefe, I am truly in AWE of your room and I have a fairly good one in our finished "bachelor pad" basement. The only thing the Missus comes down for is when I forget to switch the laundry.
