does anyone know how to make gun shells for machine guns and for AA guns

I think that your best bet would be to use brass tubing and cutting it to the proper length.

Empty casings are very simple. Get some 0.010 plastic rod and paint it a brass color. Next, cut it in about 1/8 " lengths for .50 cal casings, and about 1/16" for .30 cal rounds. You can also paint some of the same rod black and cut it into short pieces for the discarded links as well.
Here is how they look once added to the model and weathered.
For fully loaded rounds, you can get them from Academy's .50 cal MG set and a bunch of others. They can also be made out of 0.10 rod cut and glued in a strip, but it is hard to get the pointed bullet end to look right on all of them.
A few AM companies offer loaded rounds and expended casings as well.
