Books! Boy have I got ot's of tyhem. I am even wondering how much it would cost to ship them back home. For military books I've got the following:

Author Chris McNab (I don't think has any relation to Ryan McNab of Bravo 20 fame)
Uniforms of WW2 (good reference for battalion/section formations)
20th Cen. Uniforms,
Military Vehicles,
Submarines,
Small Arms of the 20th Cen.,
Something about tanks I forgot the name.
Artillery

My Vietnam Experience by some guy named Michael Witt or something.

A big white book about Vietnam.(real good, lots of pictures)

SAS endurance.

Airborne

Hunter/Killer - Boomers, Submarines

The Modern Navy

D-Day

Submarines by Tom Clancy

Excalibur- (boring book about British armor development)

2 years worth of Military Modelling Magazine and some on and off issues of Scale Modeling which I buy because they show images of the contents of the boxes they review.

Some borrowed Mags about painting and scratchbuilding military figures.

A big white book about titled Martial Arts

Pictorial Book Of Judo

AiKiDo (yah!!)

Around 40+ pocket books of from authors like Clancy, Ludlum and the likes

The complete works of Shakespear (i still don't uinderstand it.)

The complete works of Edgar Allan Poe.

Various engineering and architectural books and magazines.

Come to think of it. It would be expnsive bringing them all back.

Thanks, GI!

ei, mondo... that aikido book sounds pretty interesting...

are the basics of the techinique included in that? you see, i have actually been looking for a school or something that gives aikido instructions here down south but found none... hehe. perhaps, i could read about the basic techniques and look for that darn school later on. ... i wonder if that book is available here locally.

Hello Meekai! 'Saw you last payday at Lil's MegaMall (taking advantage of the sale perhaps ). Is that car for the Nationals? Sana po dalin nyo next meeting, di pa ko nakakita car model in-progress eh.

Duff was there too, he arrived a couple of mins after you left. And also 'Jomar' (an inactive member of IPMS-P-BAC. I don't know if the guys still recognize him).

Oh, by the way, I think you're the one looking for an X-35 JSF. It's available there at Lil's MegaMall in 1:72 by Italei, kaso isa na lang.

Good day!

Go for the Revell version. I have it and has a good review on that craft. Sayang nga lang, it's version B, the Marines version.

i saw tamiya... i'm not sure which version it is. i'm looking for the one that did both STOVL and turned supersonic in one set-up... the one that did the final flight as boeing was catching up with their design flaws.

In either way, both the X-32 and X-35 of Tamiya in 1/72 are rebox of Italeri 1/72. I will still recommend the Revell version. Siguro try ko yung Fujimi X-32. Mukha namang maganda eh.

I have reviewed the Revell X-35B. Look here

Have you seen kung magkano yung Fujimi X-32?

@Meekai
Its ok, I'm really shy in person ehehehehehe :-) But I'm really glad to see you and the others there.

@Shonen
I still have the FRS.1 in my shelve for my next project. I'm not yet interested with the X-35 dahil masyadong 'malinis', gusto ko yung medyo brusko ang dating I'm planning to convert the FRS.1 to one of its later versions but I have'nt decide which one pa. ;o)

Yeah, It's got those techniques and spiritual stuff. I find it to be a good reference since I know enough aikido to hurt myself once in a while. Too bad I didn't get a picture of it since I already sent it home. I'll try to see if it's still available in the bookstore.

I don't think so...the one in President avenue is just a Gym (boxing). The one inside BF is along aguirre ave. I think they also teach taekwondo, karate etc. its a 2 storey building w/ green colored shade of glass
