Hi,

Just wanted to let people know that on my Hold and Fold a Dowel pin came up missing.

I emailed the Company.

Julie responded the next day.

And lo and behold a new base was sent out and received on Saturday of the same week.

Now this is service above and beyond any where else will be doing more business with them.


So 5 stars for service well after the fact.

Cast a coat will be back in soon also.

For what it's worth Jeff, the Hold-n-Fold crew are totally top notch. EVERYTHING about them has been rockin'!! Love their product and love their service. Can't get no better!

This is good to know. The original Hold & Fold seller(s), though they had some good products and seemed well intentioned, customer service was an area that was lacking.
