Yes I know there is one already named that but how do make them?

It's pretty easy:
1. Get your references correctly. Esp. the colors being used in the decal..
2. Use Adobe Photoshop (or your fav image editing software) to draw out the decals.
3. Export from PS, and import into MS Word.
4. Resize decal so as to fit on decal paper.
5. Print on decal paper.
For artwork involving the color white, use special white backed paper. White does not print on usual parinters. Or mask off a circular area, paint it white, and apply your decals on top of it.
There's a good article at Hyperscale by David Aungst, where he explains how to make your own decals.

PS: Decal paper is avlbl at Ebay. Guy called Beldecal sells paper that can be printed using laser or inkjet printers. Go for the laser one, since inkjets tend to bleed, and wil definitely screw up on small teeny weeny stuff.

Or spend big bucks and go to printing shop that can do silk screen printing and have them print them but you still have to make your own decals of what you want printed
