Hi there,

I'm trying to get myself a camera but can't decide what to choose. While looking for some sample photos on the web I found http://www.imaging-resource.com. The most impressive test and review website I have ever seen! Hope someone makes use of it. I did!

I asked my professional photographer son who works for a modeling agency in South Beach Florida to recommend a camera. Of course in his case, when photographing models on or near the beach, how can you make a mistake? Anyway, he suggested I quit horsing around and buy a digital SLR which I did!

Which one did you end up getting in the end?

Digital SLRs are definitely the way to go. It would help immensely when taking photos of scale models, especially if you want to get up close and personal. A point and shoot camera certainly wont get you far.
