I have been a lurker on the Armorama site for a while and have just registered. I have been the proprietor of a hobby shop for fifteen years. We have set up an informal model club at the shop, but the majority of our members build cars and trucks. I have been building military figures for over forty years, starting with the crew figures in Tamiya military kits back in the late sixties. I then advanced to white metal kits such as Valiant and Tradition, finally collecting New Hope Design and Chota Sahib. My personal period of interest is the Victorian Era. I have recently started to work with some of the newer resin kits, like the ones from Ultracast.

I will have to get some pics of my earlier work to post here, and perhaps I will be able to do a journal of my next project ( I've got a big grey army in the basement, just have to pick a volunteer )
