We are renaming the Junk Drawer after 5 years of use. This new name will hopefully reflect a bit more positive optimistic view of it''s contents. My thanks to everyone who made suggestions!

Woo hoo!

So far, my suggestion -- The Open Mess -- is the front-runner by a few votes.

Just remember, guys and gals, what an Open Mess is: It's the club, it's the place where rank doesn't matter as much, it's the place where other-than-military subjects are discussed.

I just merged Spare Parts and Spare Bits together as I really just should have picked one or the other for this poll. Suffice to say if that one does win we can figure out which version of it is better and use that one.

Voting will end soon so make sure to make your mark!

Cheers,
Jim

Why rename it? Then you have to rename everything else. Seems fine to me

Bill,
Sorry I guess I don't follow. Why would we have to rename everything else? Btw the explanation for why we are renaming the junk drawer is in a topic *in* the junk drawer.

Thanks,
Jim

We should have called it "The Landfill". Where all the unwanted stuff ends up!
