Well paint goes for an average of $3 per bottle so if it's usable you got a deal on paint alone. Then toss in foil, glue, brushes ($$$) and the other goodies and you did get a deal.
The paint and brushes are obvious.
The putty is to fill gaps and ejector pin marks.
The foil is used for one of 2 things depending no it's thickness. One use is things like gun straps, tie down straps, belts, etc. This is thicker foil. Thinner foil is used to 'metalize' parts, apply adhesive to foil then burnish it to a part and it has a metal finish now.
Millimput on th left end in the red and white box is a great snag, it's two part modeling 'clay'. Mix the two parts together and you can sculpt pieces that will self harden in a fairly short amount of time (under an hour).
The tape mentioned is for masking off areas so paint doesn't over spray or run over a given area.
Good deal

Got some nice metal templates and decals there, too. Looks like a real catch for an aircraft modeler.
