I've used the aerosol can Mr Surfacer and its wonderfull. However its very hard to find where I live. The bottled Mr surfacer is much easier to find. I've heard of people airbrushing this stuff, how do you thin it, and clean your airbrush without wrecking the airbrush. I mean I dont want to permanently resurface the inside of my airbrush?

Hi Ray,
I airbrush Mr Surfacer thinned 50/50 with lacquer (Cellulose) thinner. Clean-up is done with the same.
Cheers
Darren

I use denatured alcohol to thin Mr Surfacer 1000 for airbrushing. Mix ratio at 50/50. I use the same for cleanup. I use a single-action brush to keep the cleanup simple. :-)
