Armorama Brothers and Sisters,

I will be piped ashore for the final time at 11:00 on 01 December 2006 at the Chief Petty Officer's Club on NAS Whidbey Island Washington. Any and all of you "Plastiholics" that reside up here in the Pacific Northwest are cordially invited to attend. A reception will be held following the ceremony at the American Legion Post #129 in Oak Harbor. Food, Beverages and a good time is GUARANTEED for all. You'll just have to sit and listen to a bunch of sea (actually airdale) stories. Cheers!!!!!

Congrats on your retirement. I can retire as soon as May 2007, but will stay on for a few more years at least.

Thanks fellas! It has been a long/short 24 years (ya'll know what I mean). The great part, Praise the Lord, is I retire on Friday the 1st and Monday the 4th I start work right here in the same Hangar running the mission simulator. Just proves even blind squirrels get a nut once in awhile!
