Howdy.

I've been lurking here for a bit, taking a look at all the great work posted, and thought I'd introduce myself. I have posted a couple times in the Spaceship topics but saw this today and decide to post here too.

I build mostly Sci-fi stuff but have a large interest in WW2 tanks.. the large RC ones actually. I haven't gotten around to finishing any 1/35 tanks yet.

You can take a look as some of my stuff HERE

Nice to be 'official' I guess.

Hola Doug!

Welcome to the light from the dark side (read lurker mode )!

I checked your gallery out and I love the way you painted the glass/ window/windsheild on your madcat!

Again welcome and I'm looking forward to see more of your stuff.

Welcome Doug, they are some nice stuff you put together. I build German Armor mostly, but I really like that Mad Cat, where do you get it? I don't mind do one myself.

Now I need to go home and play some Mech Commander tonight.

Thanks everyone..

Here I thought you'd all be more interested in the 1/16 tanks...

The Madcat is a resin kit put out by Armorcast
They also make a Vulture and an Atlas (which I really really really want) but they are a bit pricey.

You all do some stunning work here. I came for the snow diorama info and I think I'll stay for a bit.

Gstealer

Is the Madcat a thing from an Anime serie or something???
I don`t know the vehicle
It looks a bit like the giant robots from the robocop movies

Oops.. sorry..
It's a Clan BattleMech from the Battletech series of board/computer games.

Glad to see you've let down the cloaking devise!
Welcome to Armorama - as you've seen - it's one awsome site.

Glad to have a new fresh voice to add to the mix.

Welcome to Armorama Doug. I really like your Sci-Fi models. One of these days I would like to build something like that mech Madcat.
