Off the bench for 3 weeks --family here on holiday ---found that I was struggling to get motivated---so-o-o looked for something easy to build and remembered had 2 Centurion BARVs to do--1 for REME Museum and 1 for a later project
Found a1972 Tamiya kit on bottom of stash(with motor and no big cut -outs at drive sprockets )and the new AFV Centurion giving me 2 different set-ups to scratch
This comfiguration for Tamiya -Academy Centurion hulls only

Sides-tail and roof

Drivers compartment and bow

Commanders hatch

Rear door and fuel tank

Very nice. Love your work on some very unusual/ useful vehicles. You would not happen to have a set of drawing for a Sherman BARV would you

Another masterpiece in the making Steve
I just wish I had the skill to attempt such a project , it take me 3-4 attempts just to cut a straight line never mind whole panels

Looking forward to further updates

Howdy fellas,
And a bloody "good Evenin' " to ya!
It is GREAT to see our good Barv posting this thread...I have been a not-so-secret fan of his for quite some time. And if any of you have had the good fortune of perusing the group of photos he's posted in his 'Gallery' of past work, you
know his work is superb! I'm at least getting
some of my wish by his sharing a thorough in-progress build as he goes along....mighty useful stuff he's sharing
Hey Barv, one of my questions is where
do you get your 'plate' plans from?...huh? Your ability to 'see' each individual "plate" that you are able to assemble is impressive to say the very least...and what I'm talking about is shown as a good example in your 1st photo...where did you get the dimensions for cutting the Evergreen sheet?........could you please induldge a devoted fan?........huh?......
Keep up the superb work pard'
Tread.
You're a better man than me, Gunga Din!
