Lots of manufacturers make these, Tamiya, miniart, italeri, in plastic,
You could scratch your own using thin dowelling and angle plastruct and sprue for the ceramic insulators but the plastic versions are quite good and cheap enough

There are a few VLS items you can purchase if you like that route
Pat has give you the basics - You can also investigate using pencils as the main 'trunk'
I would get a piece of rough grit sand paper and run it up and down the poles to get a 'grain' affect. The top pieces can be toothpick pieces cut to shape. You can use kids beads for insulators.

I make my own out of 3/16th to 1/4 inch hardwood dowel rod. Cross members can be made from Evergreen shapes or balsa, depending on theater, era, etc. Detail with beads for the insulators like Scott said and you are in business.
'Cause nothing looks like wood like wood.
Shaun
Oh, you are going to want to seal and sand the dowel a couple times. If you don't it will grow fur when you wash and dry brush it.

Harry,
I would also check out websites such as:-
http://www.ceris-normandie.com/archivesnormandie/PhotosHD/
for pictures of the real thing as a guide.
There are both wooden and concrete versions.
