No luck this time. I had over 400 site posts and now I have only 300 and I'm Captain again

Edit: And now I'm Major back after this post. This is a miracle... Thanks Jim.

Julien,
you have to go to ''my account" then "Change password/settings" and there at the bottom you may pick which ranks you wish to have.

Marcin,
I think it took a second post to get you fully promoted (it did the same for me....2nd Lt. to General).

Also you have 542 posts showing for the network and 311 for Armorama.

Cheers,
Jim

Oh...and you likely had more Armorama posts before because it was counting posts in forums now moved to other sites (like aircraft).

Ok now if we look for back pay at ...today's rate...since post 699... Then there is the out of pocket casual pay while stationed here before I got my billet. The roof leaked in that flop house in town... So I had to pay for its repair... Then there was the extension chord I had to buy to bring electricity to my hanagar office... Then there was the hospital bill I had to pay out of pocket... Carry the three and .... Eagads!!! $15,775.00 USD!!! Now is that in 1918 dollars?

I don't think so laddie, I had a sneak peak in your paper. it's 1911 Dollar that you're looking for NOT 1918. A 1918 Dollar is worth .59, but to buy a 1918 Dollar you need 1.70. But for a 1911 Dollar it is 1.04 and .96.
Which would mean that you should recieve the amount of $ 15.775.00 x 1.04= $16.406....and then you have the interest as well you know..$$$$ :-)

Just a tiny wee question here. How come that some ranks go as far up as to General, but some only goes to like for the USN, Master Chief Petty Officer of the Navy, what's the thought behind this? How come there's no Lieutenant Commander or Commander??

Yup, something is funny. I was a Lt. Col., but suddenly I was not showing a rank. I re-upped from "My Account", and I'm back to being a "mere major" again. Not that I mind, but the drop in pay is crimping my model acquisitions.... :-).

Hi,

I think I was just demoted. According to the post/rankings I should be a Corporal but for some reason I'm still listed as a Pvt First Class. No big deal really but boy it would be nice to at a hight pay grade.

Scott

EDIT: Never mind must have been a fluke ...Or maybe I've been looking at a computer screen too long.

If I do what I need to do to fix this (which is to zero out everyones post counts and have the system regenerate all of them from scratch) then you will all briefly see no posts or partial posts counts until you post on all the sites you normally post on at least once.

Trying me as the guinea pig now.

Second post fixes?

YES!...second posts corrects that issue.

Okay so I will probably do that right now. No EMAILS saying your post counts are messed up!

Cheers,
Jim
