Locally, you can try Hungates hobby shops, train shops or Arts and Crafts stores like Michales or AC Moores. This stuff will be latex used more for plaster molds than resin.

I purchased liquid latex at "Michaels". I have used it to replicate items like 6"x8" piece of resin cobblestone road. It took 3 or 4 coats but I then had nice mold for molding plaster to recreate all the cobblestone roads I want. I have also seen it used for molds for small objects like soldiers gear loading a vehicle. It is not real good for molding large items unless there flat, like my road section.
