If we are doing a Amorama Group Photo this year I will post a time and place at the front table. The Hospitality room will be on the 14th floor with 2 spill over rooms on the 13th floor. hope to see you all there

Hi Brian,
I was going to start a thread about a group photo in the next week or so.
But this is as good a place as any to do it
I believe we did it on Saturday afternoon last year. That gave any one day attendees the chance to be in it too.
So, how about 2:00 Saturday afternoon and we all meet right behind the front desk again? Or if anyone has another idea, please feel free to post it here and we can all decide.
Is anyone else planning on going to the hospitality room Friday night? Maybe we can more group pictures there as well.
If you're interested, please post a reply here so we'll have an idea of how this is going to go over.
Craig

PS: This is a duplicate of my response to your thread on planetfigure. Just wanted to be sure to have the same info on both to cut down on any confusion

Saturday afternoon is best for those of us poorer folks who just can't swing the entire week end..... :-)
I'm easy to spot.... just look for the guy you would never buy a used car from......

I gave it some thought and decided to move this thread to the events forum. Hope you don't mind Brian.

Hi, all!

I don't even normally look at the Events threads, but I am looking forward to the MFCA show as well. I would enjoy the opportunity to meet some of you...

I know I will be there Saturday at least, but I haven't worked out all the details yet.

Hi,
I just wanted to bump this thread up to remind everyone about the group photo this year. Also, I've written some thoughts on the show to try and encourage any newer figure painters t attend the show. Here's a link http://armorama.com/forums/75119&page=1
Hope to see you there.

Wait....if the show is at a convention center... whats all this talk of a 14th floor? Do convention centers even get that tall? :-)

Hi David,
The show takes place at the convention center but it also has 2 hotels attached directly to it.The hospitality room is in one of the regular hotel rooms or maybe even an enlarged "entertainment" type room. That's what they're talking about when they mentioned the 14th floor. But I will say that the convention center is pretty dang big!
