Can anyone tell me how to properly map the URL for my signiture image.
I can not seem to get it to appear.

You have to upload it to a web hosting site like photobucket.

You have that linked to the harddrive of your own computer - won't work.

To add to what Neo has already mentioned, you will have to specify the full file name with its file extension. Placing just the filename wont work either. It has to be an absolute reference.

Nope still not working as you cant reference back to your local machine as Neo mentioned. You are better off uploading it to a public hosting site and reference that URL instead.
