Thanks Robin,

I appreciate it. One question I forgot to ask was if there is trading at this show? I have several kits that I'll never build and want to get rid of and before putting them on eBay, I thought I would trade or sell them at the contest? Sorry if it seems like a stupid question but it's my first time.....

Well, if you read the excerpt from the flyer above, the title of the show contains the phrase "& Swap Meet". It also lists Swap Meet admission as $5, and goes on to state Swap Meet 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM.

This leads me to believe there is a swap meet going on. But I don't know for sure, I've never been there before.

I asked because I have been to swap meets before and no swapping or trading was allowed. That's why I asked. You can never be too sure about things especially if your driving in a small truck loaded to the hilt with big model boxes.

I had a good Time, got a 1st for the PZIII and 2nd for my Panther Diorama.

Congrats to Keenan for 3nd place and winning that Leopold Rail Gun. I guess that means youll have to buy the Locomotive now too right?

Congratulations. I wish I could have stayed there longer and watched the contest but my girlfriend had to drag me away before I spent all the money we had!! I spent 50 bucks and got Tamiya's new T-55. M-60, T-62, M113A2, the Marder 1A2, 3 Tamiya figure kits for a dollar each, and a metal barrel for my Paladin. I can't wait for teh next one!

I got to meet Steve Anderson there as well, He was the guy who created the Road to Bastonge Article in FSM

Also there was another Huge diorama entered, called Spoils of War which was based around a Russian Tank was captured and was being Loaded onto a Famo with Trailer while the Tankers where being talked to by a German Officer

Steve Anderson Entered another Awesome diorama (not as big as Raod to Bastonge) But really awesome, it was Called "The Race Home" which was about the Germans retreat from the Russians.

(/ Above:Shaun Keenans Entry which placed 3nd)

I had a really nice time. I got to meet some people I felt like I have known for a long time and actually won third place with a diorama I dusted off just to enter something. I was glad I went.
