MEMORANDUM FOR: The HEAD Oinkers
REGARDING: List of Ministerial Positions
Sirs and Madams (and (++)'s),
Az I am avare zat zer DSB ist ein very tight und united organization, I vould requezt zat zere be a lizt of ze current Minizterial Pozitionz pozted. I feel zat mit einhundert ein und funfzig (uh, 151) porkerz, ve zhould know who ist who. Az ich bin sure zer ist a Minizter aus Recordz, I vould requezt aus diz porker zis information.
Okay....that's hard to type :-) So, do we, as a group have a listing of the DSB members and any titles they may be assigned? If so, can it be posted (here????). If not, could I request of all active and non-active members of the DSB (hoping they look here [or there]) to post their NAME (and/or call sign), PIG NUMBER, and TITLE(s)? If there is not someone designated as the Minister or Record Keeping, I would gladly volunteer to compile said list.
What I would be looking for is such (using me as an example):
(Mike High), TacFireGuru, #147, "Minister of Fixeruppers with a BIG Gun" and "Headcheese, Protector of the Pork."
The reasoning behind this:
1) Prevent duplication of titles,
2) Know who is who,
3) Cohesiveness,
4) Cause I like databases!
5) I would like the DSB consider a Deputy, Protector of the Pork as the puppy dogs (Wolves) seem to be feeling their "oats" lately. Tho I have a BIG gun, there is a new member that ALSO has a BIG gun! (Mark Millard, #149)
6) I enjoy the hell (sorry) out of this forum!!!!!!!!!,
7) ????? (because?)
Mike (++) (++)

MIKE..
Don't worry, I'm not a pack animal. But I do like bacon butties.
Wait, I better clarify that remark... Butties is English English slang for sandwiches....
Don't you love local dialects?

Henk,
I am ashamed (yea, I'll admit it) that I LOVE BLT's (Bacon, lettuce, and tomato sandwiches) WITHOUT the L and T!
Growing up my brother and I would make them.......two slices of bread with a pound of thick-sliced bacon was HEAVEN!!!!!!!!!
Ohhhhhhhh, I've got to go to confession with the DSB now.......
The dialect issue is funny a lot of the times. Pork Butt?? Down south it's not something I want to try.......no offense my southern brethren!!!
Mike (++) (++)
p.s. Been meaning to add: I like, and appreciate (as I'm sure many do), the first line of your "signature block."

Mike the list seems to have been lost by Helga. I used to do a newsletter that ran every one and their titles but i lost count at around 69 pigs and 1 SOW. We have also lost alot of pigs due to our glorious war with the fluvians. The only major asset we have left is Helga, a very nice girl that tortures Chad and Carl. She was the mistress of mis information back in the days of our glory and helped us questioning our very on Jack hammer. JJ has been MIA for a bit and is a good pig. (rut, rut) Octopus and Delbert still post occasionaly and the ultimate lurker, Jeepney, can be seem buildong thing by his pics on the MSN Group page. Good luck catching him though. Finally we have the most important pig Dave........ SS74. Hell of a guy if you can catch him. he works way $%^&ing much these days. He used to "work" for emerson in HK, but now you see him hanging around the chat room AFK. Dave is the illustrious leader and kinda keeps us in line when he's not starting the trouble. Also he's the guy to call if ya need parts and kits realy quick. Gotta love HK for good kits, cheep prices and faithful friends. Hope that helped fill you in on what I know what I know. STUG
P.S. Anyone else miss the DSB babe of the week???

hehehehhe, check your PM!
Okay mien fellow oinkers....I have begun zie recompilation aus der pigs (ya, und die SOW) numbers, names, und titles.
I hope more will continue to post here, but as I surf (ahh, seek informational enlightenment) Armorama I shall add those I "rut" out. Heck, the spreadsheet won't be that big [less than 1000 cells to date?] so it'll be easy.
SOW1, perchance should the 2nd word be the 4th??

Pig #28, (one of the early ones) aka Minister of OD (Olive Drab) Applications),--- none of this rudy-poo three part camo, or what ever else for me dude ---- just make it big, beefy, and OD = kind of sexy (blush)
Steve
ps: sorry if I lost it for a sec there
pps: In all seriousness (which is outlawed in the DSB by the way), take a look at the stickied threads near the top of the DSB forum. These should provide a pretty good running narrative of the folks who have signed up and their dubbed pig names (from the early days until now).

Yes herr Mike, we used to have a DSB Babe picked by the guys in chat, pic saved and then post on the front page of the newsletter. The news letter was just a little showcase of what the DSB had built over a months span. So when the time came to do the next letter we sit in the old armorama chatroom guys would send pics of their kits by link or email, and i would hold the voting for the BABE. BTW the pics would get very interesting. The most popular was found by accident and was our only double babe. I did a google for a pic of the M132 Zippo Flamethrower conv on a M113, and got a pic of 2 young ladies sunbathing on a speedboat. Yep that was good one. Of yeah, you need to do a search of Dave's post for the Only DSB Babe not from the internet. He was the proud supporter of one of our better drooled over girls Ting Ting. (DAVE Don't Shoot Me... He asked)
So again we only need the word and not only can the newsletter maybe start again, but maybe even the good old DSB Babe could be revived aswell. (please keep the pics clean if we want them posted in a DSB tread, this is a family site. STUG

OH yeah you forgot the only COMMANDANT!!!!!!!!!! At the early time I was the only Member in US Navy. hence the command over the entire PIG NAVY.
PS as far as i Know I and Jackhammer are the only pigs to have 2 numbers. We were promoted by PAK40 for meritorious service to the sty.

I was not actually piggie #69. it was a self chosen number.... Heck I don't even know what number I would have been had I stuck to the numerical order of things. I was the first "official" woman of the sty, thus the name SOW1.lol And who the hell knows about my "job title" I don't remember how I got that. the memory tends to go south once you've had kids.lol

Hi,
It is I, your infamous Pigfuhrer checking in. This is what I like seeing. Original piggies checking in and new ones added.
I have been busy working and am in the process of changing divisions. I am an unarmed security officer, I do fill in work and I am in limbo right now until my transfer is complete.
I am working on SS winter troops and am still working on the dio that I have spoken about in the past.
Remember: I'm not prejudiced, I hate everybody equally!
I am not a bigot, I find everybody worthless and beneath contempt!
.......and as to the question of OD, it kind of reminds me of Barf!
Chris, your silly Swine
