Howdy, Gang!

Next Saturday I'll run head-long into the 50 year old barrier.

I'm noting this event early as we will be in Mexico for the insanities.....I meant to say festivities.

I was not real sure a time or two I'd live to see this day but so far so good.

The best part of the whole thing is I am now eligible for retirement!

I'll check back in when we return from the land of the big, big hang over!

Cheers!

Congrats on getting to the half-century Bob - I get there myself on the 11th so I know how you feel. Never thought I'd get to be that old, but now it doesn't seem too bad!

Congratulations Bob. You beat me to it by about 5 weeks, 12th of March here. Just think of all the goodies we'll get. We can join AARP, some places have their senior plates for those as low as 50, we can stare at the pretty girls and just be thought a harmless "dirty old man." Best of all if SWMBO gives us a hard time about our plastic addiction we can pretend not to hear her, you know the hearing goes first. :-)

Bob -

Congrats and here's to another half-century. I hit the "double nickel" on the 10th of Jan. You know what they say, life is what you make of it. Enjoy,

Been there, done that, got the t-shirt to prove it!
Enjoy your day in Mexico, but watch out for those shows! Remember, the guy who offers to marry you to SWMBO can also offer you a divoce, all "cheaper than K-Mart!"
