That's the NUMA NUMA Dance. Been out for a year or two. The guy is singing numa numa hey, not luma. Did anyone notice the model submarine in the background. Can anyone identify what type? The first time I saw this video, I laughed until I cried and then atched it again. I have it on my aol favorites and punch it up occasionally. As I've heard it the guy is American and the song is Bugarian or Romainian.
