the easiest way I know is to use plaster. You can make it with this way.

Plaster or Gesso. Right before it sets up, press crumpled foil into it for texture.

Liquitex makes stucco gel medium. It is perfect.

I would say you should make it out of plaster.....pour a slab and scribe in the brick details. For the stucco I would use a thin layer of spackle applied with a putty knife. Just leave some bick exposed and then chip the edges of the spackle when dry, paint and weather.

Just my two cents......hope it helps

I am using plaster slabs to scratchbuild a building.
Scribe the exposed brick into the plaster slab...

Pictures of the whole process from pouring the slab to the picture above are in the thread at the link below.

Andy

I used plaster for my house, I did cast blocks of it in Lego
made a drawing of the beams , cut away a thin layer of the plaster from between the beams, made a 'trowel' of about 4 mm and filled in the space again , showing a 'rough' structure
Showing the brick of the chimney (which I did in polyester)
was done by scribing brick in plaster, stick some pieces of
very thin lead over it, plastered it as above , pulled away the
lead again.
The house was made +/- 20 years ago after a picture in an old
book and stands/stood?? in the Seine area between Rouan
and Paris

Buon divertimento
