Message deleted as there is no reason to leave it here any longer. I have been contacted by management , and I am very happy with the way I was treated by them , and they were prepared to listen and discuss my concerns reasonably. I cant ask for anything more than that!

Perhaps contacting staff jim directly through email may be the better option as it would allow the staff members to deal with this internally and not involve the members of the site.
