Message deleted as there is no reason to leave it here any longer. I have been contacted by management , and I am very happy with the way I was treated by them , and they were prepared to listen and discuss my concerns reasonably. I cant ask for anything more than that!

Perhaps contacting staff jim directly through email may be the better option as it would allow the staff members to deal with this internally and not involve the members of the site.

Jim should see it in here........ I'm sure he'll address you're concerns.

Jim will see this thread, he is good at checking things like this.

Thank you for the advice, could you please tell me Jim's username so I can pm him to make sure that he is aware of my post. Then he will be able to delete it at the earliest opportunity if its inappropriate for my complaint to be on the forum; and I don't wish to get into trouble with Armorama.
