Just got back Missing Links. Had to close down a dozen pop ups and they're still coming in, including one selling software to stop pop-ups! #:-)

Kind of a bummer, as it was a site I enjoyed visiting. With the barrage of popups, I refuse to go now.

Makes me happy we don't have em here.

You absolutely right Ken, the pop ups are very upsetting, I think itīs very anti ethical (not sure about the spelling) way of marketing.
Thanks Jim we doesnīt have it here :-)

Pop-ups are the anti-surfer! I detest them and refuse to frequent advertisers who use them. So if any marketing types read this, I don't mind the type of advertising such as in the top right of this page. I do absolutely hate pop-ups.

Thanks Jim!!!

Pop ups are the worst. Anyone who thinks they are a viable marketing tool is really just an annoying SOB who also thinks that SPAM works. Let's see, let me click on the porno link that Jessica H. e-mailed me by accident thinking I was her boyfriend that she just e-mailed nudie pics too!

Oops. Sorry for that. Please don't spank me now ! Well, ... no. Forget it.

But Maybe you prefer a picture of my friend Betty instead ?

Yup, poop-ups suck.

ML is virtually unusable at times because of pop-ups. And the spam generated from visiting Network 54 sites is beyond belief!!

Get a free hotmail or yahoo or whatever email account and use that when you go out to places 'unknown'.

I do agree tho... the pop-ups are rude and certainly a turn-off. So much so that I immediately close them out without even thinking about looking at them. Yes I am very annoyed by them.

Desperate people out there I guess....

Thanks,
