Dave I like the new look, boy do you look much younger. It's stunning what a hair cut and a shave will do. I'm still getting used to the new look, (phantom feeling) how about you.

Amazing what an old pair of dog clippers, and a mirror can turn out......
I cut off so much hair it filled the bathroom trash can. I was even more surprised when I actually got the back of the head somewhat straight..... too poor to pay a barber... hell got to pay $49.00 shipping for two kits..... :-) :-) AND ---Wallance and Gromets Kits to boot....... Airfix kits makes it even more painful......

Grumpy, did you get arrested and they make you shave your beard? Then they took the mug shots? What the heck did ya do now? I swear man, you are always in trouble. Maybe you should listen to me for once, and that will keep you out of trouble...
As far as the beard, I think you should make it into a little strip right underneath the middle of your bottum lip. Youd be almost as cool as me.

Actually, it looks pretty good on you Dave!!...a heck of a lot younger looking....be careful though, that younger look may cause the women to take notice and from the way you talk, I'm not sure your heart can take it! :-)
